What shipping methods does your company offer?

We try to send your chosen vyshyvanka or other items as quickly as possible. We approach all orders on an individual basis. You can arrange regular mail delivery or express delivery via DHL.

What are your shipping and return policies?

Do You Ship Internationally?

We will send the selected Ukrainian embroidered dress and other products to different countries. At the same time, we try to offer the most favorable conditions and the minimum delivery time for everyone. Depending on the geographical location and the selected shipping method, the delivery may take 7-30 days.

Payments

How can I pay for goods in your store?

You can pay for the Boho dress and other items upon receipt or via PayPal. To place an order and pay, just fill out a special form by adding the selected product to the basket. Follow the simple step-by-step instructions, and the dress you ordered will soon be in your hands.

Can I pay for goods with an international credit card?

Certainly, we work with different payment methods that will be convenient and beneficial for you. When ordering organic wear and other products, it is enough to indicate payment details and contact information. In the case of a refund for the goods, we will give the funds back to the card or account from which you performed the payment transaction.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

When ordering a Boho wedding dress or Embroidered kaftan within Ukraine, you do not need to pay taxes. But when ordering to other countries, check the import rules and conditions of the country they are shipping to.

Shipping & Returns

What do I need to return my order on your site?

If you have ordered cross-stitch embroidery or other products from us but want to return them, we will definitely help you. Review the information in the Return Policy section. Please note that we do not accept returns if the product has been damaged, lost its presentation or the return period has expired.
