RETURNS

PREORDER TERMS
On average, the turnaround time for an individual order is 10-14 working days. Be attentive, the size label contains information about the width of the product. If you plan to order our clothes, please add 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) to your actual body measurements. We can adjust the size of the item according to your request. Please contact us and send us your body measurements: height, and bust, waist, hips volumes. We also have a unique offer - an individual length of the product according to your request. We remind you that products on pre-order in sizes XS, XL, 1x, 2x, 3x and custom-made are not subject to exchange and return.
